Last week Just Jared posted that Kate was pulled over by a motorcycle cop, wearing a cute blue and green striped mini dress. They noted that blonde actress didn’t get a fine - perhaps because she told her cop she couldn’t afford to pay it? After all she is wearing a dress worth $18, from the Libertines for Target’s Go International collection. Well that may not be true, but it is always refreshing to see celebrities wearing clothes we can actually go out and buy. Get Kate’s dress from Target (unfortunately for our European visitors, Target.com don’t ship outside of the US), and the rest of her look with a Isaac Mizrahi for Target Mod-Rim Aviator sunglasses, a Diesel eyelet belt, and a ASOS soft buckle bag.
