It's nearly Oscar time and yet one film maker who never won a a little gold man was Alfred Hitchcock, appalling isn't it? To pay tribute the granddaddy of thriller, Vanity Fair have recreated scenes from some of his most famous films for the latest
Hollywood issue. The gorgeous photo spread features the crème de la crème of today's silver screen stars including Renee Zellweger, Naomi Watts, Charlize Theron, Keira Knightley and my new boyfriend (only he doesn't know it yet) James McAvoy.

Naomi Watts in Marnie.

Keira Knightley and Jennifer Jason Leigh in Rebecca.

Emile Hirsch and James McAvoy in Strangers on a Train.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr. in To Catch a Thief.

Renée Zellweger in Vertigo.
