Calvin Klein has just announced actress Eva Mendes as the new face for its yet-to-be-named Coty fragrance which will be launched this northern autumn. It’s reported that her contract will be worth between £1.5 milion and £2.5 million for a three-year campaign. And good on her! She is currently in rehab. The same one as Lindsey. I’m sure when she gets out, the money will be put to good use!
Catherine Walsh, senior vice-president of American Fragrances for Coty Prestige, was reported in Vogue.com as saying: “Her awareness and likability have been on the rise since 2003 - she consistently generates a very positive response. Both men and women find her incredibly attractive, fit and sexy.
And because her awareness is growing worldwide, we are planning this fragrance as a global launch.”
